Senior Graphic Designer

The role

goop is hiring a Senior Graphic Designer for its Design Team to lead digital and print design across marketing, editorial, branding, advertising and experiential projects. It is a full-time, exempt role. The team works from the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays under a hybrid policy, but the company is open to a fully remote candidate.

What you'll do

• Lead the design of digital and print assets, including landing pages, editorial layouts, email campaigns, social assets, invitations, signage and decks
• Set the creative standard for the team and keep it consistently high across the brand
• Give feedback to junior designers
• Take projects from concept through to final production
• Work with the marketing, brand partnerships and product teams, often to tight deadlines
• Look after and develop the goop visual identity across digital and physical experiences

About you

• At least 6 years' graphic design experience, ideally in beauty, wellness, fashion, luxury and/or online media
• A strong portfolio with a clean, consistent aesthetic across digital and print
• Expert use of Adobe Creative Suite
• A degree in graphic design, fine arts or a related field
• A record of mentoring junior designers and leading projects from start to finish
• Strong typography and layout skills
• Able to work both collaboratively and independently
• Nice to have: working knowledge of Figma
