Senior Brand Designer

The role

DNCO, an employee-owned place and culture branding studio, is hiring a Senior Brand Designer for its Bermondsey studio in London. You lead brand identity projects that call for a high level of craft, from concept to final execution, work across departments so that design and strategy line up, and mentor other designers. The role is hybrid, with at least three days a week in the studio.

What you'll do

• Lead brand identity projects from concept to execution
• Develop creative ideas and refine every detail
• Present confidently to clients and explain what design contributes beyond the visuals
• Produce pitch decks and detailed specification documents
• Mentor and work alongside other designers to build their skills, giving constructive feedback
• Bring energy, ambition and a proactive attitude to the studio

About you

• At least 5 years' industry experience
• A portfolio of bold brand identity work
• Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
• A strong eye for storytelling and persuasive presentations
• Clear communication, constructive feedback and ease in client-facing discussions
• Committed to deadlines, high standards and pushing creative boundaries
• Nice to have: strong motion design skills, with After Effects experience
• Nice to have: Cinema 4D or Blender experience
