The role

Reporting to the Senior Design Lead (and working closely with the Creative Director), you’ll take ownership of projects across visual design, branding, and campaign work.

You’ll bring strong craft, fresh thinking, and a collaborative spirit to everything you do. You’ll work alongside junior and senior creatives alike to push the agency’s aesthetic and raise the bar. This role is perfect for a designer ready to step up, take creative ownership, and make their mark

What you bring

• 3–5 years of agency experience with a strong, versatile portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and/or other relevant design tools
• A solid eye for layout, typography, and composition
• The ability to juggle projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
• Curiosity, creativity, and the confidence to contribute ideas
• A hunger to learn and evolve your craft
• Comfortable designing across brand, campaign, and digital touchpoints
